What is refundable
Change your mind after your first consultation and you get all of our fee back, right up until we file. You do not need to give a reason.
“Before we file” is no longer the only boundary on this policy. Once several consultations have taken place and we have completed a full review of your documents, our work is substantially done and the fee is earned, independently of whether your application has been filed yet. In the earlier, uncomplicated case, the refund window stays open right up until your application is submitted through our fulfilment partner.
What is not refundable
Government and consular fees are passed through to the issuing authority at cost. They are not ours to return, and are not covered by this policy at any stage.
We do not offer a refund after filing, and we do not promise a refund tied to a visa or permit being rejected, delayed, or refused by an issuing authority. Those decisions are the authority’s, not ours, and this policy does not extend to them. Once several consultations have taken place and a full document review is complete, the fee is earned and is not refundable, whether or not filing has happened yet.

Visa services disclaimer

Using our services does not guarantee visa approval or faster government processing. Any guarantee offered by Expedify Limited applies only to the expedited review, assessment, and recommendations provided on complete application documents submitted by customers. Service fees charged by Expedify Limited, where applicable, are separate from official government visa fees.
